How to use it
Adjust until it feels comfortably snug.
Slip it on
Pull the sleeve over the selected knee.
Center the gel pad
Position the gel pad around your kneecap.
Adjust the dial
Adjust the dial following the supplied instructions. The fit should feel snug without pinching.
Finish
Loosen and remove as directed when you finish wearing it.

Check the leg-measurement ranges in the size guide. Contact us if your measurements overlap sizes or do not match the same size above and below the knee.
Keeping it in place
Grip dots and adjustable lacing help the sleeve stay positioned. Fit, movement and clothing can affect how it wears.
Wearing it comfortably
Begin with a comfortable fit. Loosen or remove it if you notice pinching, numbness, skin irritation or discomfort. Follow the supplied wear instructions.
Choosing support for a knee condition
Different knee problems can call for different brace types. If you have an injury, swelling or a diagnosed condition, ask your clinician which type of support is appropriate.
