If your order is not right for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery. No reason is required; the conditions below apply.

Return conditions

Request the return within 30 days of delivery. Return the item in like-new condition, in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. For these issues, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos.

Your refund

We will email you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Returns and the replacement warranty

This 30-day return policy is separate from the one-year replacement warranty. For replacement support under the warranty, see the warranty page.
